I once again tried to explain I'm homeless and don't have housing or any bills in my name. She then asked me for a utility bill in my name. I told the agent I didn't have a current address I'M homeless. They said I needed a photo id with my current address on it. I asked what items did I need to do that. They said they couldn't do that unless I changed my address by faxing in a letter of request. That I needed the replacement card to be sent to my friends house or my job. I was trying to explain to the agent that I no longer live at the address on the account. An agent answered and asked me my card number or social security number, date of birth, phone number and address. The only option on the automated system was to cancel the card. The first subject was a white male medium height and build wearing black sweat pants with a white stripe white t- shirt tennis shoes white jacket white hat and had a goatee the second subject who was also a white male medium height and build wearing blue jeans black shirt blue long sleeve shirt white tennis shoes with facial hair as well both subject used the atm and then exited the store several attempts were made with the rush card in an attempt to get a credit card statement/transaction history and they we’re uncooperative even after the victim called asking for the information to be released I faxed a letter to them asking for the information and as of today I still have not received anything from the I can keep going was on this police report but I’m stop right here On December 19 and 20th 2018 Stolen $700 out of my account I call Rushcard dispute it made a police report that Detective retrieved and video surveillance from cvs that showed two white males using the atm on at approximately 0105 hours and again approximately 6 minutes later at 0111 hours.
